Fortunately Himalayan sound healing is a simple, gentle, energy-based vibrational technique is very beneficial for most individuals and medical conditions, but there are a few contraindications for sound therapy:

Pregnancy, Cardiac pacemakers or defibrillator, Brain Stimulation Device, Epilepsy, Prone to Seizures, Thrombosis, Covid/Flu/Fever, open wounds, acute inflammations or tumors.

Please wear comfortable clothing with no metal or accessories.

A "sound bath" is a meditative practice involving the use of resonant sounds and vibration to restore the body, mind, and spirit back into coherence and harmony. Along with other healing instruments like the gong, crystal bowls, and drum, the Himalayan/Tibetan bowls create a process called entrainment which syncs your vibrational energy to align with the pure vibrations of the bowls. The process of entrainment helps you get back to your natural frequency. The sound also works with you on a cellular level to alter your brain waves into alpha and theta waves; both states of brain wave activity allow your body to restore itself. Each person experiences sound baths differently, some release deep rooted emotions, while others fall into a deep state of relaxation. The sound of the bowls awaken your inner peace by assisting you to release things which no longer serve you.

I know things come up out of our control, and I am happy to reschedule your appointment. If you already paid online I am happy to refund your money for the services and tips, or you can receive a credit for a future session.

Please arrive 10 minutes early for your sound bath, well hydrated, and wearing loose clothing. I have yoga mats, pillars, bolsters, eye pillows, and blankets for your comfort. If you need to sit in a chair please let me know ahead of time. Also, please let me know if you have any physical or mental conditions to be addressed before you book a private group sound bath, so we make sure that it is the right experience for you at this time.
