SOUND/BODY
THERAPY OFFERINGS

This session integrates sound, vibration, and bodywork and is custom to your needs.  I open and close our session with sound & vibrational therapy with Nepalese bowls and tuning forks directly on your body followed by craniosacral/energy work, and incorporates a 30 minute massage on the back, neck and shoulder, or in a targeted area. This session can be touch-less and fully clothed if desired.

The bowls' healing vibrations can penetrate the layers of fascia to move our cells and improve circulation, helping to speed up the healing process, oxygenate our blood, and creating a shift in our nervous system. Please allow a quiet space large enough for a massage table.   

Private sound baths, healing art classes, and mini retreats can be customized to include stretching/movement, breathwork,

vocal toning,  meditation, sound, and astrology.  

Instruments typically included are Nepalese metal
and crystal bowls, chimes, grotto sonora gong, etc..
Please allow a quiet space large enough for yoga mats and/or chairs.  

 It would be my honor to share the sacred sounds of metal Nepalese, crystal Alchemy bowls, Grotta Sonora Gong, chimes, etc.. with your community or loved ones at your special gathering.

If you currently have any of these conditions, unfortunately, I will not be able to receive you as a client at this time.
A Sliding-scale fee program is offered to make sure everyone can experience this ancient medicine.

And sound baths for non-profits at no or low costs are available.
